Summary

Chapter 9 is titled “Out of Idaho,” and it covers the fall of 1984 through the spring of 1986. Regina began her freshman year of college at age seventeen. Camille married and had a son. From the moment of his birth, Camille and Regina knew they would never let Cookie near him and that they would make sure he has a happy childhood, very different from their own.
