Book 2, Chapter 4 Summary

One day, Bendrix catches up with Henry in Victoria Gardens and returns the hat that Henry left behind in the club. Then, as they sit down and talk, Henry observes that Bendrix must have had an affair with Sarah or Bendrix would not care so much about her infidelities. With this obvious fact out in the open, Bendrix admits that they had an affair and he tells him that there were several other men too. However, he also tells him how much he loved Sarah.
