Chapters 21-24 Summary

Alice is angry with Bella because she has had a vision of she and Edward getting married in Las Vegas. Alice wants to throw Bella a fancy wedding. Bella reluctantly agrees to a wedding for Alice's sake. Edward then takes Bella to the clearing so that she can leave a scent trail for the newborn vampires. Bella falls and cuts her hand, so she also leaves a trail of blood to excite the vampires. Jacob arrives when they are done and carries Bella into the mountains where she is to hide during the battle. On the way, Jacob argues with Bella about her feelings for Edward, telling her that she is in love with Jacob, she simply will not admit it to herself.
