Summary

Natsuki and her husband Tomoya got in the habit of taking a walk with Yuu each morning. Yuu and Tomoya grew very close, but Yuu kept as much distance between himself and Natsuki as possible. Tomoya said he wanted to do everything humans usually did not do, and break all taboos, since taboos were just a form of brainwashing. Tomoya loved the mountains because it was the opposite of the “Baby Factory” they lived in back at home, where everyone was expected to be a functional part of the machinery that produced children. Up in the mountains, nothing was produced, and no one expected anything of anyone.

Natsuki and Tomoya planned to stay just a month. The leaves started to change and winter approached. Tomoya wanted to stay through winter and see the snow, but they both knew their families would never let them...
