Chapter 21-24 Summary

After searching for some time, Kinsey finds the voice-activated tape recorders that Daniel hid at her place. Kinsey put the guitar and everything Daniel left in her house in the car and went to go find him. After circling the places she can think of, Kinsey gives up and goes home. When Kinsey gets there it was so late that she had to park several doors away. When she gets close to her apartment she caught the smell of dead dog. She looked around for something dead in the road but instead sees a car covered by a car cover. She looks inside and finds the reason that Lyda didn't meet with them—she was dead. Kinsey calls the police and tells them she has a body in front of her residence.
