chapter 5-8 Summary

Kinsey meets with Ashley Wood to have lunch and discus the situation going on with Lance Wood and the Wood/Warren fire claim. Kinsey remembers that she and Ash were friends in school but were different when it came to social stature. The Wood's have money, and Kinsey lived with her aunt and they didn't have much.

Ash says that even if her brother Lance did set the fire, he wouldn't point a finger at himself after he did it. Ash lives at home with her mother, Helen Wood, because her place is being redecorated. Ash invites Kinsey to come over and talk to her mother about what is going on. Kinsey gets information about the family business and what is going on with the other members of the family and who would set up Lance. They talk about Terry Kohler...
