Summary

Jesus leaves Megan’s apartment building, relishing the warm incredible feeling flooding through his body. He is in love for the first time, truly in love. He finally found the woman he was meant to end up with. After he does the special favor Megan requested of him, she is going to take him to her place in Hawaii where they will live together. But for now, he needs to revert to his inner drill sergeant and do the favor she asked. If “someone needed to have the fear of God put into her soul, the sergeant” was on it (207). He will do what Megan ordered him and teach that someone a lesson, and then will go off with Megan to Hawaii and start a life together.
