Summary

In Chapter 21, Horace receives a call from Diego, who says that there is a fight against a boxer who is much better than Horace. Horace accepts the match, but Diego then backpedals, saying that Horace will almost certainly lose. Horace says that he wants to do the fight to test his abilities as a boxer. Horace arrives at the appointed venue on the day of the fight. The opponent is indeed quite skilled, but Horace remains calm and fights hard. Unfortunately, Horace fails to knock out the opponent before the end of the final round, and the judges decide the match in the opponent’s favor. Horace is quite injured from the fight and is brought to the hospital. The doctor says that the retina in one of Horace’s eyes is detached and that Horace will no longer be able to see out...
