As in Lois Duncan's other suspense novels, Don't Look Behind You is rich in detail, not only tantalizing those looking for clues as they read, but providing a real "connection" to the plot's action for all readers. Her attention to the small details is echoed in the concerns of the Corrigan family. Bram's two color eyes change from being an oddity to a possible calamity, Liz's fame as an author suddenly becomes a liability, and the small things April always took for granted are sharply clarified.....
