Summary

In Chapter 19, David tells Nap that eight or nine years ago, Hank told David to give a videotape to someone he trusted in the case that he was ever murdered. Before Nap leaves David’s house, David tells Nap that if Hank’s father does not pay for a funeral and burial, David wants to do so. He tells Nap that Hank honored Leo and Diana by walking from the Path to the railroad tracks where Leo and Diana died every day. David said that Hank would time the walk and even had David drive him from the Path to the tracks so he could time how long the trip would take in a vehicle.

Nap watches the video alone. The footage is dark but he hears Leo and Maura’s voices giving Hank instructions. They gasp as they see a helicopter come...
