Summary

Frew, who is among the volunteers at the park, decides he also needs a break. He meets up with Greg. A few minutes later, Billy Rotner, a teen doing community service, and a friend of Rodrick’s, shows up at the stream. Billy is doing community service for getting caught stealing a pack of sour gummy worms. Greg doesn’t want Billy around. They are then discovered by the Girl Scouts, so Greg, Billy, and Frew run. It is then revealed that Billy has stolen a pack of Thin Mints from the Girl Scouts. A few moments later, Sue, the adults, and the Girl Scouts all arrive. Billy is taken away.
