Summary

In his first entry for the month of April, Greg writes that Rowley had started being best friends with Collin Lee. When he saw Collin headed to Rowley’s house with an overnight bag, Greg decided to get even but the only kid he could think of to spend the night with was Fregley. Even though he wanted to leave several times, Rowley and Collin were in Rowley’s yard. Greg didn’t want them to see him leave. Even though Fregley was not supposed to have sugar, he got into Greg’s backpack and ate a whole bag of jellybeans. Fregley then chased Greg around the upstairs of the house until Greg locked himself into the bathroom.
