September 15th Summary

Ed wakes the next morning and discovers that a thick fog has set in on the river. Seeing this peaceful, billowing mass surrounding the campsite, Ed gets the idea that it might be a good time to hunt deer. Although he would be poaching, because it is not deer season, Ed is eager to get out and try his skills with the bow before everyone else rolls out of their sleeping bags.

Realizing that the fog provides excellent cover, Ed puts on his long underwear to blend in with it. His white garb works perfectly, turning him into a bodiless head attached somehow to a bow. With his camouflage complete, Ed stalks out into the woods to bag a buck.

After some wandering, Ed comes across a young buck. Of course, Ed has hit plenty.....
