Evan's House

Evan's house is a two-story house in a suburb. His bedroom is upstairs, and he has a view down onto the lawn and the street from his window. The house is always messy, full of knickknacks and dust. He is embarrassed to invite Zoe over because her house is so much nicer. There are no photographs of Evan's father allowed in the house. Evan's refuge from the world is his room, and his mother frequently appears in his doorway and interrupts his thoughts. He and his mother leave notes for one another all throughout the house. His mother rarely cooks dinner in the kitchen.
