Summary

Letter 17 opens with an apology to Anna Huston, the director of Annie’s Nannies Child and Play Center. He indicates that while Shayla Newcome received a B in his class, he is not sure whether that indicates she would be trustworthy with children. He indicates that Shayla was having a difficult time personally while in his class. However, she made progress over the semester. He recommends her.
