Chapters 13 - 24 Summary

In Chapter 13, Myron and Jessica review Kathy's file from Reston University over dinner. Myron tells Jessica that the handwriting on the manila envelope addressed to Christian Steele is either Kathy's or a brilliant example of forgery. Myron then informs Jessica that Otto Burke is aware of Kathy's picture in Nips magazine. It is possible that Burke is attempting to scare Christian Steele into lowering his salary demand. Still reviewing Kathy's file, Myron comes across a recommendation letter written by Gary Grady. Grady was Kathy Culver's English teacher when she was a senior in high school.
