Chapter 9-12 Summary

As chapter nine begins, Rachel is looking through the spell book for a transformation spell. It is a very complex spell and some of the ingredients are hard or impossible to find without going to the store. Rachel eventually finds one for a rodent and decides that those are the easiest ingredients. Once turned into a rodent, she will sneak into the records vault and find whatever it was that Francis was looking at that Jenks had set aside. Ivy gives Rachel an owl pellet from one of her pets so that Rachel can use the hairs from that. Once the potion is done, Rachel goes out to get Jenks and they head back to the records vault. Rachel knows that Francis has an appointment with Trent for an interview and Rachel intends to go with Francis.
