In chapter thirty-four, the situation at Jammer's winds down. Jackie is dead, but the Gothicks and Kasuals are dispersing. Bobby hasn't told anyone what happened in cyberspace, just that he gave the message to Jaylene Slide. Turner sees on the news the article about a Park Avenue building being fired on, the location where Conroy was. Virek's death has been announced, put down to failure of his life-support system. Angie wakes up, and Beauvoir offers to take her and Bobby back to the Projects, to teach them.
