Chapter Forty Summary

Miss Love had the idea that with Hoyt's Cadillac and Grandpa Blakeslee's Pierce parked in front of the store, it would be easy to draw a crowd and sell cars. There were always people who wanted to look over the cars. It was also true that the people weren't nearly as concerned with keeping the cars nice as the owners were.
