Chapters 7-10 Summary

In Chapter 7, Elizabeth comes to the coffeehouse before school to pick up Katrina because it is raining. Elizabeth immediately begins questioning Katrina about the coffee bean. Katrina admits she has not eaten it yet, so Elizabeth suggests that they grind it up and drink it together. However, before they can drink it, Vincent takes a swallow and then throws the rest of it down the drain because it is bitter. When nothing strange happens, they decide to go to school. However, before they reach the school, they witness an accident.
