After Lester gets out of jail, he begins going about town, causing bits of trouble and annoying people. One day he decides to go to a local county fair. He decides to play a game were you pick a fish out of a tank. If the player picks a fish with a mark on it, they win. Lester goes over to the tank and begins taking fish out to look for the markings. The man who works at the booth yells at him and says that he needs to pay or get away from the booth. Lester angrily throws the fish he was holding back into the tank.
