Pages 306-353 Summary

On the no-ship, Teg is being readied for Sheeana restoring his memories. Idaho is allowed to watch through a glass window, but is in a room where is mentat skills are not available to him. Odrade has prepared for every emergency during the process. Proctors know they may have to kill Teg if things go wrong. Odrage reminds Idaho that they are awakening the Bashar, not a child. Meanwhile, Scytale contemplates escaping the "witches," but wonders if they have changed the ship to prevent it.
