Katniss Everdeen

Katniss Everdeen is a sixteen-year-old girl from District 12 who the year before won the Hunger Games with Peeta Mellark after volunteering to be a tribute in her sister's place. Katniss is now wealthy and has a larger, comfortable home, but she continues to sneak beyond the fence of District 12 to hunt wild game.
