Chapters 41-42 Summary

In Chapter 41, Victoria receives several pieces of good news. She receives three college acceptance letters in the mail, a 70% on her math exam and, most importantly to her, and email from her father's travel agent confirming her flight information for Poland. Victoria knows now that she will be a Vampire and Bat Wing apprentice for her father.

Chapter 42 begins with Victoria making her broccoli costume for the protest against genetically modified food. She easily deals with the stares she receives on the bus and, although she can't find Max immediately when she arrives to the protest, she isn't worried and focuses on how fun and real the protest is.
