Chapters 29-32 Summary

In Chapter 29, Victoria realizes that it has been 4 weeks since Max has talked to her, even though they sit next to each other in several classes. Victoria realizes that, while she thought she was lonely before, she was never lonely until now because no one talks to her at all. She attempts to engage Max in a conversation by asking him for a pen, however he doesn't say anything. Victoria sees it as progress, though, that he gave her a pen.

On the set of her mother's movie, Trouble at Santa Land, in chapter 30, Victoria takes a break from her role as an elf and from helping to apply makeup for extra actors to do her math homework.
