Summary

Rachel explains that after she and Borne came down from the roof, she had looked closely at the jacket of one of the dead children and seen the Magician's symbol on it. She tries to go snooping in Wick's apartment again, but he catches her. He explains to her that he is indebted to the Magician because he is very ill, and she supplies him with medicine, in the form of the nautilus Rachel found in his room. They make up and then Rachel goes to Borne's room to check on him, but he is gone, back out into the city without her.
