Chapter Twelve and Chapter Thirteen Summary

In Chapter Twelve, Shannon finally accepts that she has sisters. She is also feeling inspiration again as a painter, completing a watercolor of Brianna and her painting of the stone circle. She resolves to stay in Ireland another couple of weeks and take a sabbatical from her job. She returns Murphy's jacket to him and finds him working on his car, frustrated. Murphy asks if she has dreamed about him and remarks on her newfound relationship with Maggie, as well as the peace she seems to be finding in Ireland. Rogan and Liam arrive and sit down for tea with Shannon and Murphy. Rogan recounts the history of his and Maggie's relationship and offers to buy Shannon's paintings.
