Chapter Two and Chapter Three Summary

Chapter Two begins in Ireland, where Brianna Concannon Than has just given birth to daughter Kayla. She is surrounded by her husband Grayson and her sister and brother-in-law, Maggie Mae and Rogan Sweeney. Brianna and Grayson are overwhelmed with emotions as new parents. Maggie and Rogan have left their son Liam with neighbor and close family friend Murphy, who owns the farm next to their bed and breakfast. The inn is Brianna's livelihood, and Maggie is a glass sculpture artist. Their mother is a difficult and embittered woman. The sisters found Amanda's love letters to their father and have been trying to track Amanda down. Their private detective is on the way to Columbus following a lead.
