Chapters 29 through 31 Summary

In Chapter twenty-nine, Kylie learns that Perry has drawn her name for the "meet your campmate" hour that day. The next day is parents day and Kylie is expecting her father but he never shows up. Kylie watches as both Della and Miranda deal with their parents. Holiday and Kylie talk during the parents time and Kylie sees Lucas welcome an elderly lady that Holiday says is Lucas's grandmother. Holiday says Lucas's parents died soon after his birth and his grandmother raised him. Kylie knows Lucas was living with his parents when they lived next to Kylie. She wonders why he would have lied but doesn't correct Holiday. Kylie gives in and calls her father when he's a couple of hours late. He says he's caught up at work and that he'll try to come the next weekend. Kylie is hurt...
