Chapter 23 Summary

Torey and his friends try to blow shaving cream into Leo's room, but one of the other boys mistakenly sealed the manila envelope they were using, and the prank backfires. When Leo comes into the hall to see what the noise is all about, he finds Torey there alone. Torey takes the opportunity to apologize for being rude to Leo the other day.

Torey has started another document in order to update what has happened since the end of his last document. Torey got out of the mental health facility at Christmas and decided he could not go back to school. Torey's parents allowed him to finish a home-study program for his junior year and transfer to the boarding school for his senior year. Most of the people in town continued to believe that.....
