Chapter 17 Summary

The next day, Bo is in school, and Ali is hanging with him like she has been doing it her whole life. Everyone is talking about it, and Torey is annoyed by this invasion of her privacy. Torey also hears a rumor that the police are coming to the school to take Bo into custody, though no one knows why. At lunch, Torey and Ali sit with the boons instead of their usual group of friends. Torey talks to all these kids he once thought were losers and realizes that most of them are really good friends.
