Chapter 11 Summary

After picking up Ali's little brother and settling Greg in Torey's room, Torey and Ali talk with Mrs. Adams in the kitchen. Torey and Ali tell Mrs. Adams everything that has happened thus far, including how Ali got her copy of the note and where the disk is now. Ali explains how she and Bo began seeing each other and why they chose not to tell anyone - because of her reputation. Ali also tells Mrs. Adams her theory that Mrs. Creed hurt Chris herself, based on what Ali has observed over the years from her bedroom window. Mrs. Adams immediately dismisses this theory. Mrs. Adams has seen this sort of thing happen before and tells Torey and Ali about Digger Haines and Bob Haines.
