Chapters 27-30 Summary

In Chapter 27, Rose is rescued by an Alchemist she does not recognize, but later wakes in a room where Abe Mazur watches over her. Oksana and Mark are also there and Oksana has healed Rose partially. Rose remembers that Lissa is in danger and tries to call Adrian on Abe's phone, but he does not answer. Rose then uses her bond with Lissa and finds Lissa standing on a window's ledge just seconds before Avery pushes her out again. Rose explains the situation to Oksana who agrees to help in any way she can. Oksana goes into Rose's head and then Rose goes to Lissa. Somehow, Rose can now communicate with Lissa. Rose tells Lissa what is happening and talks her down from the ledge.
