Summary

T'Challa meets with Ramonda and two close advisors, Hodari and Akili, at Taifa Ngao (Shield of the Nation), the Wakandan government's central headquarters. Hodari explains Erik Killmonger, now deceased, attempted to orchestrate a coup of Wakanda using the citizens of neighboring Niganda. Killmonger was killed when Zenzi influenced Nigandan soldiers to assassinate him and that it was Zenzi who caused the incident at the Great Mound. Against the recommendations of his counsel, T'Challa decides to travel to the Nigandan Border Region alone, where Zenzi has been found to be hiding. T'Challa's Black Panther armor has technology to block psychic manipulation and thus reasons he is the only person who can safely infiltrate Zenzi and Tetu's operation.
