The Wolf maintains his coy demeanor as he informs Alex how his many business associates are insulted with his rude entrance. Cross tells him that he is there to arrest him for kidnapping. Sorokin acts astonished at the questioning of his character. Suddenly, they hear someone shouting about a fire. Cross and Mahoney leave Sorokin with a team of officers and run to the scene of the fire. When Cross knocks down a locked door where the fire is, he sees Lizzie Connolly's face and she is burning.

Cross charges into the closet and pulls Lizzie to safety, who thanks him and Mahoney as they remove her bindings. Just then, shots ring out and Cross and Mahoney run back to the living area to find two agents shot but.....
