More than thirty FBI agents are mobilized to look into the Russian mafia and monitor porn sites and chat rooms. Later in the day, Cross has to leave to meet at a lawyer's office with Christine, who has initiated the process to take Little Alex back. Cross is very upset but tries to remain calm and remember his son's best interest. So, he decides to attend the meeting without his attorney.

The meeting begins with Christine apologizing for the difficult circumstances. Cross doesn't know what to say.
