After the briefing about the suspect in New Jersey, Cross wonders how long Director Burns had known about the suspect and why he had not told him. Cross doesn't feel right about this bust, although he is a little excited about it. Cross is flown by helicopter to the location of the bust. Surveillance shows that Farley is in his house with his girlfriend. Cross thinks the circumstances are strange. The team pushes ahead.
