Point of View

The point of view of this novel varies from chapter to chapter and chapter section to chapter section. The chapters often begin with the name of the character who will be narrating that section and that narration is always in the first person point of view. There are also frequently sections within the chapters that are separated by another character's name are also in the first person point of view. With the exception of one, at the end of each chapter there is a separate section titled by a descriptive phrase, the name of a place, or an event.
