Madge

Madge is a freeborn black woman from Tennessee with passion and ambition within her. She was raised by her mother, Sarah, and her two sisters, Berta and Polly, despite their pact to remain celibate and loyal to each other. Because of this, Madge was the mark of Sarah's shortcomings and a threat to their balanced trio. She was taught the healing practices of the sisters that dated back generations and learned that she has a special gift.
