Summary

As the Flying Opera Company heads to Governor Te’s prison, Kyoshi improves her bending and learns to use her fans. Rangi suggests that, now that Kyoshi can comfortably bend multiple elements, they should go to the sages directly and reveal her Avatar status to the world, but Kyoshi points out that the only sages she knows are in Jianzhu’s sphere of influence. Rangi wonders if they would be even be able to trust Hei-Ran, feeling sadness at the thought of her mother betraying her willingly.
