Kong has a bomb with which he plans to destroy all of Hybras. Instead, the bomb is handcuffed to Holly. Eventually Qwan uses the bomb's power to save Hybras.

Lower Elements is the world deep in the earth where the fairies live.

LEP is the Lower Elements Police. Holly was a captain with this force, but quit when she had a disagreement with the new leader.
