Chapter 18 Summary

The weather continues to be bad for the Rangoon as she runs into a squall, which leaves her rolling and pitching on the ocean. Passepartout has become intolerant about any possible delay that stood in Fogg's way, even trying to help the crew when there is bad weather on the Rangoon.
