Chapters 15 and 16 Summary

In chapter fifteen, the time is six years, five and a half months, into the Tribulation period. A man named Lionel Whalum takes over Chloe's role in the food cooperative. Chang learns the government is hiring a private contractor to dire the new government offices for sound and a group that includes Rayford and Buck are put under cover to do the job, complete with false identities that pass GC inspection. They add cameras and bugs that will allow them to monitor everything from the tech center at Petra. Tsion broadcasts a plea for Christians to stand strong against increased demands and promises anyone who needs help safe passage to Petra.
