Teen Issues

Although the book is set in England, the teen theme is universal. There is Georgia, the suffering teenage main character, her infuriating parents, and her annoying little sister. Like any teen, Georgia battles with her parents for more freedom and tries not to lose control of her sister. She has her best friend Jas and other girlfriends. Georgia laughs with and gets mad at her friends. They play pranks in school and get in trouble. They have a sleepover. They talk about boys, sex, and fashion. Then there is the school, which has the mean teachers and the bully. Georgia does not care for school and tries to be funny which gets her in trouble with the teachers. The bully Jackie gets her way, until Georgia stands up to her. Schoolmate Lindsay is her.....
