Faith was raised in the south and finds her relocation to Minnesota shocking. Faith knows little about snow and becomes deeply afraid when the power goes out during a snow storm. Faith is alone a majority of the time because her husband is a pilot, so when she makes friends with the neighborhood women, she embraces them like a lifeline. Faith wants nothing more than to be a part of the normal, middle class life, she sees her new friends living. However, Faith has a secret she is afraid has the power to end the perfect life she is living.
