XXX: Elias – Helene ignores Elias for days. Cain comes to speak with Elias, telling him the next trial will occur in seven days, and will involve fighting a formidable foe. Cain requests Elias pass the message along to Helene. Elias contemplates how strangely Helene has been acting lately, and comes to believe it must be because she wants him like he wants her.

Elias finds her on the practice field and delivers the message. While awaiting a duel with Helene, Marcus taunts and cuts Elias in the armory. He tells Elias that Helene belongs to him, and that Elias will not always be around to protect her. Elias, enraged, quickly loses his training duel with Helene.
