Chapters 37 through 41 Summary

In Chapter Thirty-seven, Mike assures Matthias that he's on Matthias's side and points out that he'd helped Matthias and Nina the previous night. Matthias admits that's true but is still uneasy. Mike instructs Matthias to look at a flyer that's part of their plan. The flyer indicates there is a threat against the government and urges everyone to go to the warehouse at a specific time to do their duty to the government. Mike takes Matthias to a Population Police station. Mike pretends to be an officer and demands the soldiers rush to do his bidding. He says there has been a threat against the warehouse and the only option is to empty the warehouse in order to save all the food.
