Summary

In Chapter 15, Mary realizes she has only three months before her baby will be born. Based on that first ultrasound photo, she still refers to her baby as Bean. Dawn stops by for a visit but Mary noted that she seemed unfocused and may not have actually meant to. Mary sees a newspaper article about plans to film a movie about her, titled The Devil Inside and based on one of the books about her. Mary is heartbroken, knowing she will never get past being the girl who killed Alyssa. She finds Ted's clothes in a corner of a storage room and realizes he has been sleeping there.
