Nicole Chung

Nicole Chung is the main character of her own memoir, a deeply inquisitive and curious Asian-American adoptee who grows up in a white household. Throughout her childhood, Chung frequently feels misunderstood by her all white community. Her early experiences with racism, bullying, and parents’ secrecy towards her adoption fuels her desire to search for her birth parents in adulthood.
