Summary

In Chapter 33, Forrester told the events that happened the night Bob Sullivan died. It began when Charlotte told Tom that Bob was under investigation for Jenny’s rape. Tom wanted to kill him. He checked Jenny’s phone and saw that she had texted Sean that she thought it was Bob. Tom put a bat in the car after dinner and drove to the dealership to find Bob. Sean was also tormented by the idea that Bob raped Jenny. Bob was a few blocks away from the dealership when he froze, hearing his parents talking about his failures and his wife saying he was not man enough to do it. Sean was closer to the dealership, gun ready, when he began recalling images of his own ambush. Sean left after having a breakdown and realizing the full events of the incident that claimed...
